Sleep disorders in Japan

Currently, it is said that one in five people in Japan, or 15 to 20 million people, suffer from sleep disorders.

However, it is difficult to imagine 15 million people.

Since the population of Tokyo is approximately 14 million, this means that the same number of people in Tokyo suffer from sleep disorders on a daily basis.
